ignore calls

how can you ignore a call without them knowing?
I mean hitting a ignore puts them directly into vm.
is there a way to silence the call and let it ring until it goes to voicemail?

I don't know which device you are using, but on the Storm, you have three options, Answer, Ignore, and Ringer Off. Hitting ringer off shuts the phone up, but lets the other party listen to all the ringers before hitting the VM box.

using the curve, so I guess thats what the mute button is for

yeah, if that kills the sound, I would say that is the best you can do

Have you tried pressing the volume rocker buttons? Either of them should silence the ring.
