I would suggest that you Google both programs and post excerpts of what you find for people to comment on... that might give users a jumping off spot.

I have used both applications and it seems that the Missing Sync for BlackBerry
was more reliable and stable for me. However this is just my experience,
You should goggle both apps up and decide for yourself.
