It is complete except for painting the window and door moldings, the door and grouting the tile floor moldings I installed.

I just picked up the towel bar, robe hook, tp holder, etc and will be installing them during the week.

wow Steve very impressive work. One question, where's the outlet next to the toilet so you can plug your BB in and charge it in times of need when the battery is low.

And now the bad news.....The cost!

I originally guesstimated $4,000 or so.....HA!

Here is the breakdown in case you might be curious:
$902 -Construction Supplies like plywood, Sheet Rock, Cement Board, Insulation, adhesives, screws, etc.
$169 -Electric Supplies and light fixture
$295 -Plumbing Supplies
$241 -Accessories, all in Brushed Nickel finish. Towel Bar, Toilet Flush Lever, TP Holder, Robe Hook, Garbage Can, etc.
$1245 -Tile, tile supplies, grout, ceramic drill bits, etc.
$330 -Anderson awning window to replace existing crap slider
$329 -Exhaust fan/Heat fan/Light/Night light unit plus electronic timer switches
$944 -Vanity (included countertop, vessel sink and chrome finish faucet)
$274 -Nicer faucet in desired Brushed Nickel finish plus pop-up drain
$691 -Tub and Toilet
$363 -Shower Doors

$5783 -Grand Total...

The joy and satisfaction....Priceless...

And wouldn't you know it...the engine blew on my '03 Explorer this morning....79,000 miles and well-maintained. Oil and filter every 3,000 and all recommended maintenance was done religiously.

And of course the extended warranty ran out at 70,000.

This sucks.....
