Unknown Icons (help)

What is this Icon on my BlackBerry? I have looked through the booklet and can't find anything about it. What is it? and more importantly, how the hell do i get rid of it?

That's the Voicemail icon

i thought so too, but i never see it on mine since i use Youmail.

I've been meaning to start using Youmail...how are you liking it rb?

really like it, even though they did away with free transcribing (which n99hockey and me tested for them) i like the fact that i get an email with the attached .mp3 clip of the voice mail + it's nice to be able to store and safe keep voice mail on-line.. the "smart greeting" which greets the caller with their first name, often get commented on that.

when i have a email i get the standard icon from the book, now that i have the visual voicemail i get the visual voicemail icon... I have no idea what it is but i would like to get rid of it

I get that icon on all my voicemail. Just using the regular service though. No visual voicemail or anything like that.

yea, it is cool they added that import function.

but i don't have any voicemails!! grrr... This is my first time with Verizon, anyone know if they charge you to call in to customer support?

Verizon does not charge for their customer support. (They charge through the nose for everything else, so I am not taking up a collection for them anytime soon, but........)

Its a missed called icon, had da same problem. I called verzion and they had to a hardware reset so u better save yur important stuff

How's .85? Did a .83 and lost my game and some application dat came with .75

Yeah and its the same in other treo forums as well.

by now you must have gotten a call.... and ignored it just to test Youmail :}
