Amazon has started shipping the BlackBerry 8820 with service through AT& T.

Amazon is pricing the new BlackBerry 8820 at $199 (when purchased with a new service plan). They are also offering a Soyo Freestyler 500 Bluetooth headset for $9.99 (no word on how this headset rates).
