Geotip is a handy free BlackBerry application that allows you to easily calculate a restaurant tip on your BlackBerry.

The application is very lightweight and allows you to easily calculate a restaurant tip. You can set and save tip percentages as defaults. In addition, the application allows you to split the bill. Best of all, it's free. It is donation ware, so consider sending a donation to author if you find it useful.
